Elsa
Kimbell Environmental Education & Research Center
The
Elsa Kimbell Environmental Education and Research Center is open! One-third
of the exhibits are now available to park visitors, with the remaining
two-thirds coming soon. In the Kimbell Center visitors can take their
time and learn about the wildlife, natural communities, and natural and
cultural history that make Jonathan Dickinson State Park a unique and
beautiful part of Florida. The classrooms and research laboratory provide
children and adults an opportunity to explore, discover and take a closer
look at what they can find in the park.
For
information about new and upcoming programs, please call 561-745-5551
or visit the park
website.
